David W. Rogers established Wires-Pipes, Inc., an energy services consulting firm, in 2002 with a market focus on the Energy Sector, providing commercial options for power generation developers, upstream and midstream companies, merchants and investors desiring to optimize their asset and contract portfolios. In 2020 Wires-Pipes Inc. became New Version Energy with a focus on addressing carbon footprint (wind/solar) and intermittency (battery storge) while maintaining profitable operations. He has worked for a producer (Shell, ConocoPhillips, EnVen), a pipeline (Tenneco/El Paso), an energy merchant (Dynegy, Sequent) and an IPP (OCI Solar Power, InterGen, Key Capture, Swift Current).
